The shop is run by I Hate Perfume (ihateperfume.com), based in Pennsylvania, USA. Questions about an order: admin@ihateperfume.com.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, and sales tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania, are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to US addresses only. If a price is listed wrong or we can’t fill an order, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
Printing and shipping times
Each item is printed when you order it, which usually takes a few business days, then it ships. If we can’t ship your order within 30 days, we’ll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund. Shipping costs are on our shipping and returns page.
Cancellations, damage, and returns
Orders go to print quickly. Email us right away if you need to cancel; if printing hasn’t started, we’ll cancel and refund in full. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, see shipping and returns. We can’t take returns for a change of mind, because each item is made for you.
About the products
Colors can look a little different in print than on your screen. Buttons have a sharp steel pin and are not toys; keep them away from young children.
The designs are ours. Buying a product doesn’t give permission to reproduce them for sale. You’re welcome to share photos of what you bought.
The legal part
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights the law says you always have. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. The terms in place when you order are the ones that apply to that order.
